All the fun of dance ... just simply

Bring the fun factor to exercise with Simply Dance, a class inspired by dance to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

Have fun learning dance routines in different dance styles, including Salsa, Bollywood, Charleston, Jazz, Broadway, Disco, Waltz, and many more. No partner is required.

Simply Dance classes are suitable for all abilities, with special consideration for older adults (55+) or anyone wanting a less energetic approach to exercise.

Classes are uplifting and a great way to increase energy levels and improve overall health and well-being. We always end up singing along the way, too!

You will be guaranteed a warm welcome. â€‹See you on the dancefloor!
