All the fun of dance ... just simply

Bring the fun factor to exercise with Simply Dance, a class inspired by dance moves and styles from the 1920s to the 1980s.

You do not need to know how to dance or have a partner. Simply Dance is a group exercise class where simple dance steps are used to create fun and achievable dance routines that aim to improve your health, balance and mobility and will make you feel great ... sequins are optional, and smiles are mandatory!

Classes are suitable for anyone wanting a less energetic approach to exercise and are for those of us who are at a certain age and beyond. Routines are readily adaptable to suit all abilities including anyone needing chair support for balance ... you can even sit down to dance when needed. 

 

Have fun learning dance routines in different dance styles, including Salsa, Bollywood, Charleston, Jazz, Broadway, Disco, Waltz, and more. 

 

Classes are uplifting and a great way to increase energy levels and improve overall health and well-being. We always end up singing along the way too! ​Classes are friendly, welcoming and non-judging.

 

Come along and give it a go! There is nothing to lose, but a great deal to gain. But don't take our word for it, come and find out for yourself or read some of the reviews below from my fabulous class members. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome and we'd love to meet you!

How to join Simply Dance 

Classes run every week except Bank Holidays, planned holidays and unforeseen circumstances. You do not need to book each week or pay in advance to join any of the Simply Dance classes. However, classes do become full, so please contact us before attending your first class so that we can ensure there is a place available.
