SOSA Dance Club is a fun and fabulous way to improve your health and well-being, whatever your age, experience or ability and without the pressure of a regular fitness class.
Each dance session guides you through fun dance routines inspired by different dance styles, including Salsa, Charleston, Bollywood, Jazz, Burlesque and many more!
No previous dance experience is required.
Everyone learns to their level, with routines broken down layer by layer, allowing you to choose how you want to dance. You are not left struggling.
Layering starts with basic steps, adding optional arm and body movements and only then are basic techniques offered, so that everyone can enjoy learning the routines and get the most out of each class in your way! There are always plenty of walkthroughs and modifications where needed.
With so many fabulous dance styles to discover and learn, from all around the world, there is something for everyone in a SOSA Dance class. A wonderful opportunity to learn a new skill and a place where you can switch off, forget the outside world, and just be you! A warm and friendly welcome in a non-judging environment is guaranteed.

Do I need a partner?
You do not need a partner and we do not dance partnered. This is a solo dance class.
What clothes do I wear?
Something that you feel comfortable in and that you can move around in easily.
Do I need special footwear?
You do not need any special dancing shoes. Just something light (ish) on your feet avoiding heavy tread running trainers.
