Dance For Wellbeing

Join my dance courses or one-off workshops and learn fun and fabulous dance routines inspired by different styles or themes.

 

Whether you are learning a new skill or revisiting your love of dance, no previous dance experience is required. Routines are broken down layer by layer with modifications provided, allowing you to choose the way you want to dance. You are not left struggling, as there are always plenty of walkthroughs. 

 

Meet new people, socialise, and enjoy a nonjudgmental environment where you can switch off, forget the outside world, and just be you. A warm and friendly welcome is always guaranteed. Dancing really does make you feel good!

 

The courses are funded and booked through Wellbeing Courses.
