Music and memories
have a strong bond

Everyone remembers songs from their past. It reflects our mood, activating our emotions and our memories.

Music can help maintain speech and language, generate happiness and well-being helping to lower anxiety, and improve quality of life. It also activates the brain helping to keep the pathways and networks strong.

Using music, combined with fun and engaging seated dance movements creates an uplifting and fun way to capture nostalgia, provide cognitive stimulation, and encourage movement and plenty of singing along the way for some all-round good fun.

I always receive a friendly warm welcome.

We have some fabulous fun and I love staying after the session to have a chat along with a cuppa, and of course, a biscuit!

Thank you to

Reviews from my fabulous class members!
'These classes have helped to improve my mobility and mental health. It’s good to spend time with others who share similar difficulties. We are a very happy group and laughter is key. I felt quite isolated before I joined and I now feel part of something special.'
