Dance For Wellbeing
Join my dance courses or one-off workshops and learn fun and fabulous dance routines inspired by different styles or themes.
Whether you are learning a new skill or revisiting your love of dance, no previous dance experience is required as routines are broken down layer by layer with modifications provided, allowing you to choose the way you want to dance. You are not left struggling as there are always plenty of walkthroughs.
Meet new people. Enjoy a non-judgmental environment where you can switch off, forget the outside world and just be you. A warm and friendly welcome is always guaranteed. Dancing makes you feel good.
